Admission Procedure
The school has a simple and easy admission procedure. In order to get enrolled in the school, the student needs to go through the following admission procedure:
- The first step for a student seeking new admission to the school needs to fill up the registration form which can be obtained from the school front desk or can be downloaded from our website .
- After submitting the registration form, the student needs to take a written entrance test. The entrance test is taken on the basis of the grade for which the student is seeking admission.
- The written test is followed by an oral interview. The parents of the student seeking new admission also need to sit for the oral interview. Admission is granted on the basis of the results of these examinations.
- The selected student will be formally enrolled after all the necessary documents are submitted.
- Admission to preschool is open throughout the year.
Needy and meritorious students are offered scholarships.
Evaluation System
Semester system is applied in our school. Each academic year consists of two semesters with semester examinations. The students are evaluated on a monthly grading system. Students’ progress report is given to the parents along with grades, semester examination marks, and teachers’ comments.
Grading System
The school has adopted a grading system, an approach to evaluate the performance of the students. This evaluation is carried out usually on a monthly basis. According to this approach, students will be evaluated on the basis of their work (assignment), unit test as well as class participation, project work, and personal disposition.
Evaluation Process
Each subject teacher calculates the marks obtained in homework classwork project work and unit tests and decides the academic grades- A, B, C, D, and E to be awarded. The teacher also evaluates the student on his/her personal disposition such as attitude, motivation, class participation, and so on. The teacher, then, decides the disposition grades- 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. It means a student may get for example C1. It means he/she is average academically in the class but at the top in personal disposition.
